Purchased used in WA with 20K miles.
Maintained it in good condition.
All new tires, wheels, and brakes.
Cab air conditioning has newer R134a refrigerant.
The water pump works, and the holding tanks do not leak.
Combined shower over bathroom. (Standard for small RV's)
Water heater needs a new heater/thermostat that can be easily replaced without removing the tank.
The house air conditioner works when plugged into city power (as is standard.)
Oven, microwave, refrig like new. Very good.
It has a solar panel to charge the house battery when not plugged into city power.
It has a 1500W(3000 peak) inverter to make 120V from 12V when not plugged into city power.
Has full cover to store it when not in use and wheel covers to protect them from the sun when parked. They are included.
It is registered in WA but I drove it to North County San Diego where it currently resides.
I only want what has been invested into it.
Currently does not meet CA smog.
Buyer responsible for pickup.
