If your RV doesn’t sell within 6 months, you'll be eligible for a full refund of the initial purchase price of your ad.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

Only sellers who purchase an Ultimate Ad (“Ultimate Ad”) package are eligible for RVT.com’s money back guarantee (the “Guarantee”). Ultimate Ads that meet all of the following eligibility requirements are eligible for a full refund of the Ultimate Ad purchase price.

(a) To be eligible for the Guarantee, each listing placed by sellers must:

• be priced at or below J.D. Power 'average retail' value (if you can prove market value is higher than J.D. Power, provide documentation.)
• include not less than 12 photographs of the RV being sold
• include a floor plan of the RV
• include complete seller contact information
• contain all applicable information requested in the listing request form
• provide thorough and complete description of the RV, including, but not limited to, kitchen appliances, A/C units, size of RV beds, interior fabric type, entertainment items and maintenance records; and
• have been listed continuously on the RVT.com site for six consecutive months without interruption following the Ultimate Ad start date.

(b) The advertised RV must still be for sale as of the date the refund request is submitted and the RV’s title must be in the seller's possession or the possession of a lien holder on seller's behalf. Ultimate Ads for RVs that have been sold (as the result of the listing or any other online or offline source) or traded in, or for vehicles that are otherwise no longer available for sale, are not eligible for the Guarantee.

(c) The Ultimate Ad must have been purchased by an individual seller and not by or on behalf of any entity or person that is in the business of selling vehicles.

(d) The Ultimate Ad must satisfy all provisions of the RVT.com Terms and Conditions available from time to time on RVT.com. Any seller who has breached or whose account has been suspended or terminated due to the breach of any part of the RVT.com Terms and Conditions or any Natco Trading Corporation Web site Terms and Conditions has automatically forfeited its eligibility for the Guarantee.

(e) All refund requests must be made within 14 days following the six month period in which the Ultimate Ad was purchased by seller. Requests must be submitted using the official refund request form, and may be mailed or faxed using the information found on our contact us page. We will automatically remove your ad from the site once your refund is processed.
